Kelly Thomas

Kelly joined NADP in March 2026 as Membership, Communications and Engagement Lead following over a decade of experience working in multidisciplinary student support and managerial roles in both Higher and Private Education. Based in Wales, Kelly has worked in student experience and support roles with students and staff across all academic departments at Swansea University. Kelly’s experience has predominantly focussed on supporting the needs of students in relation to their academic studies, working both independently and on projects that aimed to provide students with an equitable and inclusive experience in Higher Education. Kelly is excited to use her experience of working in Higher Education, her knowledge of the nuances and complexities of institutions and passion for partnership working to enhance the NADP membership engagement and opportunities. As an avid reader, Kelly is looking forward to using her communications skills, alongside her English Literature degree to consider innovative ways to communicate with members of the NADP.
