Discrimination at Work
Research from Cardiff University drawing on survey data from big surveys on people’s experience at work. In these surveys
disabled and non-disabled people were asked about their experience at work. Disabled people were found much more likely to experience 21 different
forms of ill-treatment at work but they were very unlikely to understand their experience as discrimination.
