- Advice for Academic Staff on Inclusive Assessments: guidance document was created by Harriet Cannon from the University of Leeds for staff involved in writing and reviewing exam papers. They worked closely with the Exams Office, academic colleagues, their Assessment Group and their Strategy Planning Group in order to gain agreement for the guidance to be adopted and rolled out across the institution. There are references within the guidance to Exam Paper Templates – unfortunately, she does not have permission to share these outside the University, but hopefully you can work things out from the guidance.
