Annual General Meeting 2020
The 2020 NADP Annual General Meeting is now being organised
Please note: We are not planning for members to attend this meeting. We would like you to vote by proxy – see details below.
Date: Wednesday 16th September 2020
Time: 12:00-14:00
Location: George, 28 The Square, Petersfield. GU32 3HH
In advance of the scheduled AGM, members will be provided with the opportunity to:
- find out about NADP’s operations and finances through captioned videos and transcripts on the website.
- ask questions about the operations and finances by email.
- propose a motion for consideration by the membership – now closed.
- ask questions about on any motions proposed by email.
Appointment of a Proxy to vote on your behalf:
- Voting is now closed
- To be valid, the form of proxy must have been submitted or emailed to the NADP administrative office by no later than Monday 14 September 2020 at 12 noon or, if the AGM is adjourned, 48 hours before the time fixed for the adjourned AGM, excluding any UK non-working days.
