Motion Number 1: Move to CIC Status

Lynn Wilson, as Operations Manager and member of NADP, with the full agreement of the NADP Board of Directors, proposes the company status changes from a Company Limited by Guarantee to a Community Interest Company.

The three special resolutions that Lynn Wilson and the NADP Board of Directors would like you to consider and vote upon are:

  1. The company name shall be changed to:
    The National Association of Disability Practitioners C.I.C.
  2. The company shall be a community interest company
  3. The articles of association shall be altered so as to comply with requirements in connection with becoming a community interest company. The articles of association shall be altered to take the form of the articles of association attached to this resolution are in substitution for, and to the exclusion of, any articles of association of the company previously registered with the Registrar of Companies.
