NADP Membership Survey 2026

Across Higher and Further Education, as well as within the wider organisations that work alongside the sector, financial pressures are creating real challenges. We know that disability support teams, inclusive education practitioners and commercial partners are all finding it harder to secure funding for professional development and for memberships such as NADP. As a membership organisation, we are also feeling the impact of this changing environment.

To remain sustainable and continue delivering high‑quality education, guidance and advocacy for our whole community, we are reviewing and reshaping our membership offer. This survey is a key part of that process. Our aim is not simply to adjust membership prices, but to understand what current members, colleagues in Higher and Further Education, commercial partners, and non‑members who attend our events and training value most.

Your insights will help us design a membership model that reflects quality, accessibility and value for money, and that better meets the needs of practitioners, educators, researchers and organisations across the sector. This will ensure NADP can continue its vital work in advancing disability practitioner best practice, promoting inclusion across the sector and supporting those who deliver it.

Please note:  individual responses cannot be withdrawn once data has been amalgamated and analysed (after May 11th 2026).   Confidentiality, anonymity and data use: 1. Your responses will be anonymous and securely stored following GDPR and NADP guidelines  2. Only the NADP team will have access to your responses, and data will be processed, stored and deleted in accordance with NADP’s privacy policy – nadp-uk.org/national-association-of-disability-practitioners-privacy-policy/.  3. Your data will only be used for this research, but some answers may be shared with authorised personnel working for or with NADP, to inform service development. 4. Your answers will stay anonymous.  If you do choose to share your name, email address or organisation, only key members of the NADP team will have access to this.  5. Your input will inform the development of NADP’s membership benefits and services, and summary findings may also be shared through various channels, including, but not limited to, the NADP website, academic journals, at events and via social media.
