The NADP conference takes place at Chesford Grange Hotel, Kenilworth, Warwickshire, CV8 2LD.
Travel
Car
Chesford Grange has a free parking for visitors. There are multiple car parks, with allocated disabled parking spaces (Blue Badge display required) outside of the hotel entrance. You will need to register your vehicle upon arrival/check-in. All car parks have floodlights and camera coverage.
There are 4 x 22kW electric car fast chargers available.
There is a level, paved route from the disabled parking into the hotel. The main entrance has an automatic opening door. If you need assistance with luggage or equipment, staff are on duty 24 hours a day and can be reached at 01926 859 331.
Train
The closest train station is Kenilworth Station, 1.8 miles away. For better national connections, Warwick Station is 3 miles away, Leamington Spa 4.1 miles away, and Coventry 7.3 miles. From your desired train station you will need to take a bus or taxi to the hotel.
Bus
The nearest bus stops are Chesford Crossroads, a 7 minute walk from the hotel entrance, and Ramada Hotel, a 9 minute walk from the hotel entrance. Bus routes from here connect with Coventry, Kenilworth, Warwick, Leamington, and Stratford.
Taxi
A range of local taxi services offer accessible vehicles. A list is available from Hubs Mobility Advice (not affiliated to or endorsed by NADP). Once at the hotel, an accessible taxi service is available from reception (who can be contacted on 0 or 500).
Flying
Birmingham Airport is 13 miles away.

- Inclusive atmosphere: Attendees are welcome to move around, leave sessions midway if needed, take breaks from the conference space, take food outside the dining space to eat in a quieter area, etc. If you are unsure, please ask!

Dress Code
There isn’t a strict dress code for the NADP conference. We want you to wear what you are comfortable and happy in so you can relax and engage with the conference as much as possible. People generally wear everything from casual jeans and a t-shirt to more formal and business wear. The Gala Dinner is also relaxed and people wear a range of types clothes – some people will dress up in more formal/party clothes, some people will wear casual clothes or what they’ve worn during the day. Any way you are comfortable is welcomed!
