12 June: Parliamentary Note – A brief overview of the Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA) and outlines proposed changes to the grant; the changes will apply to all full-time, full-time distance learning, part-time and postgraduate students applying for a DSA for the first time on or after 1 September 2015. The DSA is available to eligible English domiciled students studying at UK higher education institutions.
