Account Growth and Management
You will embrace full ownership of both the new business sales cycle and of account management of existing customers. Your primary focus will be on UK higher and further education, although you will be flexible in exploring opportunities within Access To Work / corporate markets. You will maintain a high level of proactive activity to identify and contact prospective customers. Taking a highly consultative approach, you will engage in effective needs analysis with influencers and decision makers within the UK higher & further education sector, and take the prospective client through a journey of becoming not just a customer, but an advocate for Sonocent.
Networking and Relationship Building
You will develop a strong network of contacts across UK higher & further education and the DSA system, leveraging your relationships with stakeholders to gain industry insight, sales referrals and valuable testimonials.
You will build strong relationships with key influencers within the UK DSA system, with the goal of increasing recommendations of the Sonocent solution.
You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with key industry organisations, and for representing Sonocent in key stakeholders groups such as BATA.
