Role: Chair of the Board of Directors
Caroline Huntley has over 30 years’ experience of work within the disability sector primarily focussed on employment and education.
Since 2012, she has worked at University of the Arts London (UAL)’s Disability Service as Operations Manager, Deputy Head and she is currently Head of Service.
Caroline has a passion for social model principles and inclusive practice, which has resulted in her leading on projects to develop assistive technology; increase understanding of inclusive assessment protocols; and the reduction of attainment gaps at UAL.
Caroline was appointed to the NADP Board of Directors in 2019 and brings experience of trusteeship and strategic steering group membership for voluntary sector disability organisations together with her experience as a disabled people’s representative on several groups and committees.
