[Updated 24 October 2006] The NADP Board of Directors has responded to a request from DSA-QAG for two Associate Members to represent the NADP membership. The Board have nominated Nicki Martin and Karen Robson to be our representatives.
We have also been asked to put together a case to be presented at the next (DSA-QAG) Board Meeting giving reasons why (HE DSA) Assessor representation should come from NADP.
It is the Boards view that the membership should decide whether this case is made for additional representation of HE DSA Assessors.
[Update] A majority of members have voted in favour of presenting a case to DSA-QAG for DSA Assessor representation to come from NADP. The NADP Board of Directors will now take action on this decision.
Please note that the meeting of the NADP Assessor Group, scheduled to be held at University of Manchester on Thursday 2nd November has been postponed.
Once a democratic decision by members regarding putting a case to DSA-QAG for DSA Assessor representation has been made, the NADP Board of Directors will review a way forward for this group and will reschedule the meeting as appropriate.

In accordance with DfES guidelines [SpLD Working Group 2005/DfES Guidelines] the following framework should be followed to provide evidence of SpLD for DSAs.

If you are already following this guidance, we appreciate your support in promoting good practice.
