Hotel Information

The Barcelo Oxford Hotel is a 4-star hotel located on the outskirts of Oxford City Centre. The hotel has a level entrance with automatic sliding doors and guests are welcomed into a large reception and coffee lounge. A bar and restaurant and are located on upper floors with access by stairs or lift.

The Conference area is a self-contained part of the hotel is located close to the Reception. The main meeting room and some workshop syndicate rooms are located on the ground floor with some additional syndicate rooms on the first floor accessed by stairs or lift.

The hotel leisure facilities, with a pool, sauna and steam room and gym are available free of charge to residential guests.

The hotel has a car-park with 250 spaces including 6 designated accessible parking spaces which can reserved. Parking is free of charge for delegates to the conference.

Rooms are available from 2.30 pm and check-out is 11.00 am. Luggage storage facilities are available.

Travel Information

Travel by car:

From the North - Take Junction 9 of the M40 and follow signs for the A34 towards Oxford. At the Peartree Interchange, take the A44 to Oxford. Following signs for the A40, the Barceló Oxford Hotel can be found at the next roundabout (Wolvercote). Bear right and take the 4th exit.

From the South - Take Junction 8 of the M40 and follow the signs for the A40 to Oxford. At the first roundabout (Headington) take the 3rd exit signed Ring Road North, A40, The West and Cheltenham. Go straight over the next roundabout and continue following signs for the A40 Cheltenham and Evesham. At the 3rd roundabout (Wolvercote), take the 2nd exit and turn right into the hotel drive.

From the A34 South - Follow signs for the A34 Northbound until reaching the Peartree Interchange (also signposted Blenheim Palace). Take the A44 to Oxford. The hotel is situated on the 4th exit at the next roundabout.

Travel by Rail:

Oxford train station is 3-4 miles away from hotel and taxi's are available at station. The taxi journey is around 15 minutes, although this may take longer during busy times. There is a bus service between Oxford City Centre and the venue.

Travel by Air:

London Heathrow Airport is 51 miles from the venue. There is a bus service available between the airport and Oxford City Centre. Birmingham Airport is 51 miles from the venue. Train services run between Birmingham International Station and Oxford.

There is a bus service between Oxford City Centre and the venue.
